I planted a seed and watched it grow

Piggy backing on my last post. Let’s dig deeper into mental health. While living with anxiety and unrest, I discovered these 3 things that changed my life. No, I did not know it at the time but I see it now. Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine planting a seed and expecting a flower to grow out the next day, not possible. But, if you plant the seed with soil that is enriched, if you feed the flower seed with bright sunshine and nourishing water, it will slowly grow into a beautiful flower. I planted a seed and watched it grow. Growth is a beautiful thing that we are all capable of, we just have to water that seed. Let your seed grow roots that will give it anchors for a strong foundation.

I did these three things when I was feeling disconnected and unmotivated. I listened to podcasts, started reading, and was introduced to meditation. Today, lets discuss my top 5 podcasts.
